Greenbox Loans Inc. is hiring Inside (Telephone Sales) Account Executives. We are growing rapidly and need STAR Account Executives. Inside Sales requires a strong phone personality with Loan Origination Experience preferred.

- Work with Brokers and learn to understand loan scenarios
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing mortgage brokers
- Prospect and contact potential new brokers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve broker inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep brokers aware of latest developments
- Train brokers on our broker directed pipeline management software allowing for 24 hour access to their pipeline for processing
- Source, develop and manage new accounts
- Connect with current and past business partners to nurture relationships and increase production
- Repair relationships that may have been lost through previous experience
- Present yourself as a viable representative with the skills to present various loan programs and confidently guide business partners through the approval and closing (operations) process
- Must be a Product and file flow Specialist taking personal responsibility for pipeline management in excess of $15mm while thriving on the fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Must provide exceptional customer service and maintain utmost credibility within the professional community on behalf of Greenbox Loans, Inc.
- Must maintain an updated and accurate database of clients while adhering to company policy and procedure
